A Realtor Who Knows How Homes Are Built
For more than 20 years, I've worked in Fraser Valley real estate from both sides: first building homes, then selling them.
My career began in development. I helped create homes across Langley and Surrey, and that work taught me things most agents never learn: how a house is put together, where the costs and problems hide, and what makes a property or a piece of land valuable. It also taught me how to negotiate. When you've been the builder, you know what's really on the table.
Today I bring that experience to every client I work with at Royal LePage Wolstencroft Realty.
What I Do
Buying a home. I walk through every property with a builder's eye. I'll point out the issues and repair costs that could affect your decision, so you're never guessing about what you're buying.
Selling a home. I'll help you price and prepare your home based on how buyers and inspectors will actually see it. That matters most in a market where buyers take their time.
Acreage and estate properties. From Campbell Valley to Salmon River to the Otter District, I've sold many of Langley's larger rural and estate homes.
Development land and commercial. I've represented development sites in Willoughby and across Langley, along with commercial properties in Langley and Cloverdale. If your land has potential beyond the house on it, I can help you understand what it's really worth.
Complex sales. Estates, properties with multiple owners, and families who don't all agree. These sales need patience, clear communication and a steady hand. Some of my most rewarding work has been bringing everyone to a result they're all happy with.
How I Work
-
Straight answers. Ask as many questions as you like. I'll explain things clearly so you can make the right decision for you.
-
No pressure. The goal is a move you feel good about, not a quick deal.
-
I follow through. If something comes up after closing, I'm still here.
